The best service I have ever had in my life! Our drinks never got half empty! Refills and asking if we needed anything constantly! And the owner was so friendly as we're the waitresses! We were so full we couldn't eat dessert but one waitress said let me bring you a little bite! Delicious! Fast! Attentive! Friendly! Definitely going back!

As someone with celiac disease, finding a place to eat out safely is incredibly rare but Bridgett’s Kitchen is truly a blessing.
Eating out has always been stressful for me because of the risk of cross-contamination, but from the very first visit, I felt completely at ease. Bridget and her staff are not only kind and welcoming, but they’re also extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten-free needs. They understand the seriousness of it not just offering gluten-free options, but taking every step to make sure it’s safe.
They have gluten-free bread, a surprisingly large variety of GF-free menu items, and most importantly, they prepare my food separately and carefully. They even enter my order first to make sure it’s made before any of the other food hits the grill. Bridget herself always comes out to say hi and check on my husband and I when we come to eat (at least once a week) it’s just another reminder of how much she cares about her customers.
The food? Absolutely delicious. Whether you're gluten-free or not, everything I’ve had has been full of flavor and made with love. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, and the entire staff treats you like family.
And while I can’t personally enjoy the peach cobbler, my husband swears it’s the best he’s ever had hands down. That’s saying something!
As a celiac, I can confidently say I’ve never felt safer or more cared for at a restaurant. Bridgett’s Kitchen has taken the stress out of dining out for me and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for. If you have dietary restrictions or just want amazing BBQ, Chicken, Brisket, Turkey, or MEATLOAF with heart, this place is a must-visit!

My first, but hopefully not last visit here. Absolutely delicious, with a great and friendly staff running like an extremely well oiled precision machine. You owe it to yourself to run into downtown Lexington at 206 Center St. and check this place out. Extremely well prepared and flavor rich foods. The collards are not cooked to mush and have good amounts of smoked pulled pork in them for extra seasoning. The sweet potato casserole is outstanding! You really do come Asa stranger but leave as family. Such a good engaging bunch of folk here.

Stopped in here for a great BBQ lunch. Ordered half rack of ribs, and a ribs/brisket platter. Excellent BBQ. Perfectly cooked, great flavor, sauce is on the side, comes in three flavors, and I suggest you try them all. Sides are plentiful and tasty. Service is very friendly. Drinks full the whole time. Prices fair for the size of the portions, and the great service. Plenty of parking in back. Go early, gets busy here. As a BBQ junkie, this place is now on my regular stops. Enjoy!

All around great experience here. The food was a 10/10, can’t wait to go get some more 😂 I got the brisket with collards and potato salad. My husband got the smoked wings with onion rings and sweet potato casserole. The service was impeccable. We will be back and we would highly recommend going here.

Bridgett's kitchen is now, and I mean this when I say it. My favorite restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. I had ate here once before last month and was shocked to learn I hadn't left a review. Anyway the food has been amazing both times. However what has been so much better than even the food is the interactions. They really treat you like solid gold here. Take today for example. My wife lost her voice, the person who was taking care of us literally helped her order. They are extremely kind. I ordered a few things today to try out for the purpose of this review. I got brisket burnt ends, sliced brisket, as well as a half link of the jalapeno white cheddar sausage. First off the brisket, I take in a above average amount of BBQ content. If you were to ask me I would say brisket is my favorite food. I have had it all over including Texas. As well as 7 other states so far. This is some of the best. Very tender so much so that it shreds between my fingers as you see on the video. Not dry at all though. I would eat this brisket right here every day if I could. Next the mac and cheese. It is truly the best I have ever had here, and I absolutely love mac and cheese. The burnt ends, so juicy and flavorful. Lastly the jalapeno white cheddar sausage. Absolutely delicious. Can't recommend this place enough.

First timer here and let me tell y'all, this place is soooo good! Took my beautiful wife out for a nice lunch and we were not disappointed.
I ordered the Brisket French Dip with sweet potato casserole and hushpuppies. My wife ordered the Smoked Turkey plate with 2 sides; smoked macNcheese, and the French fries. We also ordered the brisket chili and beans bc well why not.
Let's start with the Brisket French Dip. I mean are you kidding me? The sandwich/sub was so good I had meat dreams that night. I woke up craving another one for breakfast. The bread was so soft inside and a light grilled crunch outside. The meat was so juicy and melt in your mouth good I didn't want to stop. The melted cheese wrapped my taste buds up like a heavenly blanket. I want more.
My wife had to fight me off while steal8ng prices of her smoked turkey while not looking. It was the juiciest most tender cuts of love with a delicious seasoned flavor. If you have ever had dried turkey just know this ain't it. So good.
The sides... I would take a bite of my wife's turkey then work my way one bite at a time through the sides. The hushpuppies I mean are you kidding me? These were some of IF NOT the best hushpuppies I've tasted. Perfectly fried and a taste full of love. Light crisp crunch outside and holy delicious insides. The macNcheese was melted to perfection and kept calling my name. The French fries were perfectly seasoned where it wasn't overdone but yet still had some nice flavor. The sweet potato casserole felt like love in my mouth. The brisket chili was full of beans and juicy tender brisket chunks you could tell were hand selected with love.
As for the service - our server was so nice and patient with our slow reading menu selves. We had a hard time choosing one thing bc well we wanted everything on the menu! We had the honor of meeting the owners while eating and I will tell you these are great people. They deserve all the success that is coming their way on account if how they treat their staff and customers. Bridget was an absolute pleasure to chat with and was very nice to my wife which I appreciate.
To say we will be back in an understatement. We will be back. Oh, we WILL be back. Thank you all

Ate here for the first time on a Tuesday evening at 5:30ish. Service was wonderful. The waitress patiently answered all my many questions about the menu, made suggestions and was just so kind and helpful. Food was made right, homemade, tasted delicious with fresh ingredients and fast. Great variety of smoked meat on the menu - chicken, pork, turkey, smoked sausage. All the sides are homemade - just wonderful overall. I was very impressed with
the menu and the staff. I’ll definitely return and recommend Bridgette’s to people.
